1. The heating of land and water

2. How do lakes and oceans absorb heat compared to deserts and fields?

4. Our hypothesis is that the sand will heat up faster.

5. We will put water in one container and sand in the other. We will heat the containers with a lamp. After a moment, We will look which thermometer will be highest

  1. Climate change is affecting us right now and will continue to do so for many decades if we don't adopt more eco-friendly behaviors. It is a big concern for everyone, and scientist are trying to evaluate how our atmosphere heats up, much like what your doing! Keep up the good work ;)

    Also, have you wondered how water and snow absorb energy and if they do it the same way?

  2. We saw that the water hade bubles when it heated.Our conclusion is that the land heat faster and the water cool faster because the land is a solide and the molicules are closser and the waters mulicules are far away.
